Feedback Process

We have the following three options available for submitting feedback:
1). Via paper
2). Via internet
3). Via text message

How do these 3 options work?

Via paper
When you have contact with us you will be provided with a feedback form and postage-included envelope. You can also fill out a feedback form while you are here and place it in our ‘returned feedback forms’ box.

Via internet
We have our feedback process available on our website here (only Pregnancy Help can see the responses that you provide)

Via text message
If you provide us with a cellphone number when we have contact with you we will ask your permission to text message you two feedback questions.

You can also email us your cellphone number and ask us to text you the two feedback questions.

Why do we do this?

There are two main reasons that we do this

1. It allows us to review and assess our service – we want to know how you feel about the service that we have provided to you. Of course it’s always nice you hear about what you like about our service, but we also appreciate hearing if there’s something you didn’t like about our service and if you have any suggestions for different ways that we can do things.

2. It allows us to provide outcomes reporting information to the organisations who give us funding to run our services.

What is outcomes reporting information?

It’s about measuring the impact that we have on people’s lives. That’s why we ask questions like ‘Have the services provided made parenting easier for you?’

How do we use the information that you provide?

1. By reading the feedback that you provide it gives us a good idea of the things that we are doing well and if there are any things that we need to improve on. Things that we might do as a result of this include organising training sessions and talking about the
things raised during our supervision sessions.

2. We provide information to the organisations that fund us, because they don’t want to give us money to run our services unless we can prove to them that we are making a difference with the money that they give us. We never provide any information that would identify you.
